Q: How can I reserve my unit?

Q: How large are the units?
A: 320 square feet and 8 feet high
Q: Are these units secure?
A: Yes, we utilize a more heavy duty lock to deter unwanted entrance. This yard is also contained within a fenced in, barbed-wire fence.
Q: How much are the units per month?
A: You’ll find they’re about the half the cost of other non-climate controlled units yet double the size.
Q: What are the hours of operation?
A: Monday-Saturday 9-5
Q: Do you provide customers with the lock or do we need to bring our own?
A: We install the lock for you at no cost to the customer. We do need to have the lock returned when you vacate.
Q: What happens if we don’t pay on time?
A: We allow a payment to be 5 days late, after that we do add a $25 late fee. We also add an additional lock to prevent access until the account is brought current. If payment is not made within 45 days, we send a you a couple of final notices, then we sell your container in our monthly auctions. Please note, this is a last resort. We would much rather have you as a tenant.
